Information research is priced at $9.9–$29.9 according to workload. The 10% service fee applies only to sourcing work such as contacting sellers, requesting quotes and confirming specifications, with a $30 minimum and $500 maximum.
$1 assessment and refund policy
The $1 assessment fee covers review of feasibility, scope, missing information and next steps. Once assessment begins, it is non-refundable whether the task proceeds, needs more information or closes, except for duplicate charges, failed payments or refunds required by law.
